Presented by CWH Member and perfume apprentice, John Fischer. Explore and experience the diverse fragrance materials that comprise our contemporary scent landscape. Together we’ll sniff our way through samples of natural and man-made olfactory materials--fruits, florals, citrusses, resins, woods, and everything in between--to discover how they inform the sensory backdrop of our daily lives, and shape our memories of time, season, people, and place. Sample materials and scent strips will be provided; participants are encouraged to bring a notebook to capture their thoughts and impressions. This is free for members of coworkHERS and just $10 for the public; payment is accepted upon arrival.
